Microsoft, a global technology leader, sought to highlight the innovative AI features integrated into Microsoft Edge. With functionalities ranging from shopping deals to travel planning, the aim was to create a series of advertisements that showcased the convenience and sophistication of these new tools. Targeting a broad audience, Microsoft needed a campaign that would effectively communicate the value of their latest technology.
The release of new AI features within Microsoft Edge presented a timely opportunity for Microsoft to demonstrate their cutting-edge capabilities. With the tech landscape rapidly evolving, Microsoft wanted to ensure their audience was aware of these enhancements. They turned to us because of our expertise in creating high-quality UI animations and our meticulous attention to detail, knowing we could bring their vision to life in a polished and engaging manner.
Our process began with blocking out the storyline and determining the placement of UI elements. Once the storyboard was approved, we deconstructed the artwork to make it animation-ready. We then conducted thorough research on Microsoft’s existing UI animation techniques to ensure consistency and authenticity in our animations. Using these insights, we brought the UI to life with smooth transitions and clean text animations. Throughout the project, our focus was on creating sophisticated animations that would be easily recognizable as Microsoft Edge.
The final deliverables were four ad spots that featured engaging stories, from a couple moving into a new apartment to someone searching for the best deal on a couch. Each spot showed individuals interacting with Microsoft Edge, with our animations bringing the UI to life on screen. The dynamic animations highlighted the new features, making the interactions clear and visually appealing. These ads seamlessly combined live footage with animated UI elements, enhancing the narrative and demonstrating the practical benefits of Microsoft Edge.
